How to Get Here from the M5:

From the A38

(Plymouth direction)

Off the A38 take the B3193 Chudleigh and Kingsteignton. Go for roughly 4 miles towards Kingsteignton until you come to the roundabout. Take the third exit and signs for Preston and Teigngrace. Go for half a mile and at the traffic lights join the right lane signposted for Preston. Follow the road for half a mile until you see the brown sign for Sampsons Farm. Follow the road around and we are the last property on the left hand side of the road.

From the A380

(Torquay direction)

You take the B3195 Kingsteignton. Go past the pub on your left called The Ten Tors. At the roundabout take the third exit signposted for Preston Teigngrace. At the next roundabout take the first left signposted for preston. Go for half a mile and at the traffic lights join the right lane signposted for Preston. Follow the road for half a mile until you see the brown sign for Sampsons Farm. Follow the road around and we are the last property on the left hand side of the road.

A little further down the road are Paignton, Brixham, where William of Orange first landed to become King of England, and the historic port of Plymouth. Our area has a wealth of historic castles and heritage sites.
